      I really liked this bank when it was Sun Trust and Abby was the branch manager. I liked BB&T and had an account with them as well (great bank out of NC). Since the merger it is a terrible bank, with terrible policies. No personal service and an inability to preform the most basic of functions. I do not blame the workers even if some of them are very dismissive.

      HE WORKERS ARE RUDE all of them The tellers & bankers! The bank will withhold your money for 7+days they froze my account after THE BRANCH MANAGER LET ME OPEN IT not caring if I have money to feed my kids or Pay my bills I am advising all to never bank with Truist this has been the worst experience ever!!
