      When you called to ask why they have refused to payoff checks, and then also ask why they’re leaving personal business information on a voicemail they will correct to you (and tell you that there’s nothing wrong with that even though you trained their collections officers) no apologizes for their mistakes, which is causing your credit to have an issue. And you’ve been emailing over three pinnacle banks and they’re the ones not signing the insurance check. And yet instead of them doing their job they call and ask why you aren’t paying a loan that has already been attempted to be paid off twice
