      When my wife Heather and I were looking for a place to refinance our home we had many options. We actually made several phone calls. When it came time to make a decision, it was very easy.       We are first time home buyers and were a little over our heads. Kurt Strandson understood our concerns and walked us through everything on a Saturday afternoon. He looked at our information and heard what we were looking for in a home. He then worked with us through every step of the way to achieve our goal of home ownership. We also worked with Kellie Meas and Ned Luby with certain details and they all were a pleasure to work with. They told us what was needed to be completed right away and what could wait, making prioritizing a lot easier. We were nervous of the process but now trust Pinnacle and are happy to be working with them!
