      Was willing to overlook the lack of ability in their technical systems but the incompetence of management was what finally forced me to close my account. I’ve worked with several credit unions in the valley and this was by far the worst.

      Impossible to reach a live person . Tried chat and video chat which would not work with my app , Called and they kept me on hold from 4:30 to 5:00 pm and then just didn’t answer . This is absolutely ridiculous for a bank to handle customers . Gone to switch credit unions .
