  We do our banking at the Park center Branch in Boise. Everyone has been very nice, professional, and courteous. Chase Marsh, in particular has been very helpful to us. He is so friendly, knowledgeable in answering all our questions and explaining all the resources available to us. We are so glad we chose Westmark as our financial institution, and we highly recommend it to others looking for great benefits & customer service for all your financial needs.

  I had called another location the person I spoke with was agitated which made me agitated and kept threating to end the call 3 tines I called the boise branch where I talked to trinity who was calm and very understanding of what I needed which was to change my payment date 10/10 would recommend trinity for any of your financial loan questions/concerns she actually cares ❤ will be requesting her from now on -Brea Hogenkamp

  Dezire Quinones was absolutely awesome when helping me to close an account and open a new one. She answered ALL of my questions, was exceptionally helpful with the new account by suggesting and setting me up with the Rewards checking and Visa card. She is very knowledgeable, great personality, and just a pleasure to interact with. Dez even called later in the day to let me know that a few of the new account actions we were waiting on were finally completed and asked if I had any new questions or was needing anything else. She's my "go to" at that this branch!
