I have never had an issue with this location until today. I went to deposit a check that is in my name and my husbands name. We both signed the back of the check. The teller lets me know they are putting a 7 day hold on my check because they can’t verify my husbands signature. I said to the teller, I deposited the same type of check last month with no hold and his signature should still be on file. His answer to me was that is their policy and he cannot speak for the other teller. Well I can tell you inconsistent policies lose customers. Management should have everyone on the same page if this is their policy. I’m very disappointed and will be taking my money elsewhere.

This particular bank was recommened to me. I was helped practically immediately after entering. Easy to set up a checking account. What sets this bank apart from it's competitors is not only the customer service but, the debit card which was issued to me the same day with a custom design! The online banking was a free bonus as well as their easy to use app!
