  Amanda was amazing. She was very thorough and had a sense of urgency to get things done. I am a real estate agent in California so I really appreciate her attention to detail. I will be sure to use her again not only for my personal transactions but refer my buyers to her. Thank you Amanda.

  I’d give zero stars if I could. As a realtor in this business, my client was pre approved initially, halfway into the process we were told my client needed to wait until she’s at the job for 6 months. OK FINE! Robert Huether, the loan officer, I asked how long should I extend for, I was told feb 15th since feb 9th would be the 6moths mark for employment. I specifically asked can you get this closed in time. Answer YES. I extend….. feb 14th came around, no update, the appraisal was not even ordered. OK. Robert, what’s going on, I got the ring around the Rosie. I asked again, what needs to be done to get this to close? Here we are feb 15th no communication (closing day) I had a lengthy discussion with Robert asking if the loan is approved and if income/assets is signed off on and repeatedly I was told income/ assets are sign off on it’s the appraisal is the biggest issue. The last extension I asked Robert are we clear on everything else, he specifically said we are cleared all except the appraisal which were were waiting to come in. The appraisal came in at value so it was my understanding we were going for ctc. Well that didn’t happen and my buyer got decline and lost her 2kEMD. It is important to note, we extended the final extension without contingency because I was told appraisal was the only thing to sign off on. I will attached as much documents as I can to this review and it is important to know I won’t stop until I get answers because this is UNETHICAL! I’ll be going to different platforms, Twitter, the local news etc

  Hi Chimere. Our company strives to operate with a spirit of excellence with every client that chooses to conduct business with us. Unfortunately, there are times when things come up during the underwriter's quality control reviews which cannot be talked about in this forum and we know you understand that. Additionally, since you are the realtor, there are certain confidentialities that must be upheld as it relates to the client's personal information during the loan process. One thing that we found suspicious in our internal review was your phone number and email were listed as the borrower's information. It is also best practice to ensure your client knows the risks of extending the contract without contingencies because loans are not guaranteed. Loans are issued a conditional approval by the lender in which all conditions must be met and satisfied in order to receive a final approval for CTC. Robert's Branch Manager has confirmed he is reimbursing the client back for the appraisal fee. The borrower should be receiving it in the upcoming days.

  Heather and team were wonderful to work with. They negotiated a great rate and made the loan process so smooth for me. They answered all my questions…even responding to emails late in the evening. The process was totally remote from quote to signing with the lender (a mobile notary came to my house) and I never had to step into a bank! I highly recommend them and will do business with them again. Thank you ladies!!!!
