      My husband I had the immense pleasure of working with Melissa from Home Fast Funding on our recent home refinance. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we received the lowest interest rate and payment possible on terms that fit our individual needs.       After having a not so great experience trying to refinance our home through our current lender at the time, we were referred to Melissa with Home Fast Funding. To say she made the process very easy for us would be an understatement. Once we sent her the required documents, she handled everything else from there for us. We managed to drop our payment $300/month, lower our interest rate by 1% and they even sent us a small check back some how! I'd highly recommend this company, specifically Melissa, if you're looking to refinance or purchase a home.

      I worked with Melissa Innella to refinance my mortgage and was very happy with how everything was handled. Melissa is very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the options to consider and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. At closing everything went exactly as expected, which is a first for me, and was completed in about 10 minutes. I will never use anyone else to help with mortgages again, I strongly recommend Melissa for her professionalism and expertise!
