  Pioneer Services was very helpful! Staff and associates are very helpful and assist in concerned matters. Since I've been recommended to them, I would definitely recommend this place to others I know.

  Do not use or take out loans through pioneer, they are selling the loans to essentially loan shark 3rd service loan providers who you nor the military would ever allow soldiers willingly to do business with. “Fees, balloon payments, anything that is “possible” to be charged they make sure that fee is added, late payments even when your not, make sure you keep receipts but they will still say they didn’t process it till after the due date cause they get 7-10 business days….how am I late 13x by one hour??? Really every month?? doesn’t matter if you were actually late or not. If you ever heard horror stories about Salle Mae, trust and believe SS&T has them beat. Pioneers go to company now.

  Everything was good. They helped set up a settlement that was affordable to pay off. But, once I paid off the loan, they charged me AGAIN! I wasn’t expecting to have money being taken out of my accout and didn’t have it budgeted. So it messed me up financially. So I called, and after waiting on hold for and HOUR, they basically told me it was nothing they could do till my rep was back in office. So yea, I’m highly pissed off at this company. Thanks a lot!
