  We worked with John Kurtz in 2015 when we were first looking for a house and had to stop after the unexpected death of my dad. John has been in contact with us ever since and would check in on us every once in a while to see if he could help us with anything. When we started looking again at the beginning of the year John was always available to answer any of the many questions we had and offered advice. He even contacted my uncle directly to get exactly what he needed to show proof of inheritance from my grandma. That was one less thing we had to figure out and stress over. John has gone above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a lender. We hope to work with John again in the future.
