      I would give 0 starts if I could.. we were trying to refinance and this company cannot communicate to save their lives!! No one would call me back or respond and give us the run around for weeks. Once I said I am going to a different lender, management started calling me a few times a day. HORRIBLE look.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. Have a loan for three months. Cannot wait to change companies. The last time I called I was on hold for over 45 minutes and then they disconnected the line.
