      This location is not accommodating to individuals with disabilities. A friend shared with me her experience of going to this location to make a money order and staff was not helpful. My friend was able to share she entered this location and recognized there was a line of customers, but was previously instructed by staff and/or manager that individuals with physical impairments are attended to at the 1st booth as needed. This was not the case for my friend. She stated there were at least seven customers in line and she had to wait at the 1st booth for all the seven customers waiting in line to be attended to prior to my friend being serviced. This is unacceptable and poor customer service as my friend uses Canadian crutches to walk. I asked my friend if the staff knew their policy with helping individuals with physical impairments and she reported she was not aware, but was previously instructed by a staff and/or manager that it is understood for the staff to recognize if there are individuals who are physically impaired and to help the customers at a customer service booth closer to the front entrance rather than having the physically impaired clients walk to the back customer service booth areas. This policy should be enforced as it is not everyday that a physically impaired individual will need to go to a check cashers place for service (money orders, Western Union, etc), but this location should definitely look into better customer service in this respect.
