      I have been with Plumas bank since day one when they opened in Truckee. When I moved down from the mountain I left my accounts there. It’s been 10 years and they are the best. I’m so happy to see they’ve opened a branch closer to me now. BUT don’t get to big Plumas bank, Bank of the West started in your place in Truckee also but they got to big and the small town feel disappeared. Im so happy to hear this news!

      I had a mortgage loan with this bank. Worst service I have ever had. They will not respond to questions. Charge late fees when I have never been late, the person at the bank said it was my fault for paying early. They usually wont respond to my questions. Not a very honest business.

      I have banked with Bank of Feather River for over five years now and they have set a standard that I don't think I could find at another bank if I tried. The staff is friendly and courteous, you'll be greeted with a smile when you walk through the door. They take a genuine interest in their customers and ti feels like a small family. The new building is very clean and nice. I am glad to see the company grow over the past half-decade and how far they've come. Customer service is their top game here and they excel at it.
