      As an acct holder in checking, savings, credit and multiple auto loans over the past 30 years, the change to Schools First has been a frustrating experience. Diminished online services and unfriendly in branch experiences over the past six months. The new name says it well, ‘Schools First’, customer service secondary. I will active pursue moving my accounts elsewhere. Done with this credit union.
