      They just took that ATM out yesterday. There's a credit union or something that's going to occupy that building so i guess they didn't want it there... Now there's no PNC atm in charleroi... Smh

      No drive through anymore, just atm on the former bank building. It's a walk-up only now. No businesses around, sits by itself near the highway....perfect place to get rolled for your cash. I avoid it. Edit. Today, I had to stop there to get a little cash. The machine is out of cash. Another person pulled up and I told him it was out. He said he stopped twice over the weekend and the machine wasn't dispensing cash then either. C'mon PNC , you're the biggest bank around. You're closing branches and not maintaining your machines. I'm disappointed in their service after being a 20+ year customer. Well now the building's been sold or leased to a credit union. It appears that they may be starting the remodel. Once again no money in the machine last week, then later a work crew was doing something near the walk up machine. I would not be surprised if it's gone or changed over to the credit union's machine soon. This is really bad service. I'll have to drive an extra 3 miles to N Belle Vernon for a drive up machine and up to the BV shopping center if I need teller assistance. Charleroi can't even keep a PNC bank or a grocery store. What a hole this place has become.
