      Im surprised for the rating of 2.8 for this PNC branch at the Fox Run Shopping Center. So far, Im extremely happy for the great service that Justin, Dave, and Michael has provided to me either in person or by phone. Not to forget Maurice who greets me with a smile and a hello when I walk in the branch. I have interacted with Manisha and Torrey in the Pike Creek branch and they have excellent customer service and people skills as well as the team in the Fox Run branch. I have been with PNC since 1991 and have no plans of moving my accounts to another bank. I have highly recommend PNC to family and friends.

      This is the worst bank I’ve had to deal with not giving me the receipts not giving the right amount on the receipts now give me the right change bag giving too much too little I understand people make mistakes and they’re only human but it’s the fact that they are rude and belligerent while they are doing it and these mistakes are repeated I’ve been going to this bank for four years I’m still seeing the same mistakes and seem rude behavior. They could really be a good bank if they were just putting some effort into retraining I don’t believe the people are doing it intentionally but is the repeated mistakes that are wasting time and money and the rude attitude.
