      Horrible. Luz Berríos is pretty rude! She speak English to customers she knows they speak only Spanish. She is a bilingual but come on! Is it necessary to speak English to the ones you know they won't understand? Away from that, the experience on the bank is pretty good.

      Staff is friendly and helpful.People have to understand that they just can't drop everything and wait on you when their busy.It's not a Jiffy Lube otherwise maybe this place isn't for you.
