      Was a little apprehensive about switching banks as we were with our former bank for about 20 years. Now that the switch is done, I have been extremely pleased with PNC. In fact, I kind of wish we'd have switched sooner. Thanks PNC!!!

      I deposited money here through the drive thru teller, the deposit shows it never went through so I had to come back with my receipt. Spoke to Carly a banker at PNC and it was the worse experience of my life. First off, when it comes to someones money you dont look at them as if they’re crazy for being upset. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager which she would not let me. Eventually I had to go and get the manager myself which he resolved it for me hence the 3 stars instead of 1. For future reference when a client is upset the last thing you do as a banker is call them by their first name and talk to me like you are my mother. I know im young but that does not give anyone the right to disrespect me especially at a bank where MY money just disappeared. I’ve never had that happen to me and if it wasnt for the manager I would’ve switched banks. Carly was very unprofessional and did not make me feel at ease with MY money.
