  Cannot speak to the other matters mentioned in reviews, but I experienced excellent customer service. I needed to do a wire transfer not knowing that the cut off time was 3:30. Since it was only a few minutes passed the deadline, Ramsha Arien voluntarily made the effort to see if she could contact someone about doing the transfer. She did not have to make the extra effort, but did any way.

  Have to bank here for a buisness and I really wish I didn’t. You have a buisness account with them but they refuse to give you change . Every single time. I haven’t been able to get more then 2 rolls of Pennie’s and quarters a week for the last 6 months . What’s that going to do? Get me through one full day out of the whole week for a 3 million dollar a year buisness? Yet I can go to chase or any other bank in the area that my employees bank with to get change no probluem. This branch claims there is still a change shortage but no signage stating so in the facility let alone at any other bank in the area. They are rude & turnover here is crazy. Never anyone in this bank yet 3 deposits and a small change order of what they “can” give us take almost an hour every single time. The overall managment of this branch is horrible and needs to be looked at or overhauled because this is just embarrassing. It’s a useless location unless your coming in just to deposit money because they can’t help with anything else other then gladly taking your money

  Living in Arlington Mansfield area ...I can't stand this location I had so many problems here. I wouldn't recommend. I recommend broad location
