      There card reader don't work every time I go to pay a bill then I have to use their ATM and spend $3.75 to pull money out. Just cuz their card reader don't work.. Bank takes more money than we supposed to pay...plz fix it....

      I would give this branch negative stars if I could. Despite only having 2 people ahead of me when I entered the building, I spent 30 minutes waiting in line to be assisted by a teller. The previous employees would have never allowed such a thing. I will never step foot in this branch again

      I’m a former customer of BBVA which is now PNC PLEASE DO NOT BANK WITH PNC this bank has no perks BBVA was a much better bank by itself never needed to merge customer was ok but BBVA had far more perks for customers PNC BANK has no perks for banking with them you they do not protect your funds they will not cover overdraft payments they WILL allow any merchant to debit your account if you’re a previous BBVA customer the customer service reps are completely incompetent
