      I love banking with PNC but dealing with the manager, Gloria , at the brownsville location is the worst. She is rude as hell to customers and employees. Had an appointment scheduled, she rescheduled it, took off work to accommodate her and her schedule. Told me to bring the wrong paperwork. It’s always someone else’s fault but hers. Never in the wrong. By far the worst customer experience ever. Will be dealing with another branch in the future.

      If I could do zero stars I would. Gloria is such a rude employee. I came in concerned about my account and she made me feel like I couldn't understand anything and I was stupid. Some people aren't good with people I guess. I left furious and wanting to change banks. Never go here. If you do.... avoid Gloria!!!

      Took 5 trips to open new accounts. Twice we had to turn around mid trip due to system issues. Wife wrote a check for $6500.00 to move our old account into new. Was told next day. Next morning we were $5.65 overdrawn due to new account it was 3 days. $34.00 charge. Going up tomorrow either we get refunded the $34.00 Or were closing the new accounts
