OMAR TORRES is awful!! You can see him mentioned in other reviews. I sent the earnest ($3000) and it never went through due to branch error. Omar never called me back (twice) and then when I showed up was rude. When I called customer care they took care of me. I love PNC but not the Schererville Branch.. I'm out of 1. $30 for wire fee 2. $15 for returned wire fee 3. $20 to overnight my late earnert money (1 month late) 4. Gas and time for 3 trips to the bank
