  We just opened new accounts here after our old bank was bought by Prosperity (and the service is just horrible). Ms. Reichert was so helpful. She pre-completed all the paperwork for us ... all we needed to do were signing and providing the funds. She answered all my questions (and trust me, I always have LOTS of questions) via emails and in person. My emails were answered promptly and phone appointments were on time -- both are very rare nowadays. Everyone from the bank came to say hi to us. Ms. Holland, who made our initial appointment, came to chat with us for a while and gave us lots of invaluable information (for us and our college kids). Today, I ran into some problems while opening Online Checking accounts for my kids. Even though it's a product the local branch doesn't involve in, Ms. Reichert called on our behalf to resolve the problems for us!! You can't get better customer service than what we have received here. We felt so welcomed and they truly appreciated our business. Plus, BBVA's online banking site and mobile banking app are both very user friendly. We are so glad that we chose to bank with them.

  Sad that as PNC took over. People are nice that work there but they have not honored anything they said they would do for me. It’s been about a month now and I’ve still never received any correct information to login to my accounts or get a partner off of my account. I’ve never had anything like this happen with any bank before.
