Very sad to watch was use to be a great place to do your financial exchange, now fall to the bottom of the banking barrel. When it was Compass BBVA this bank had amazing customer service, now you'll sit in the drive thru for sometimes 15 minutes to simply do a deposit. Absolutely ridiculous service now... can't even be called customer service. Once the merger took place, I immediately noticed thousands of previous customers leaving to find another Bank.. I'll be doing the same.

Worst customer service of any bank...been here for years when it was Compass... now absolute garbage service. Will be leaving this dump.

I went on 09/10 to change my account info because their website is all jacked up after their merger with PNC and is not letting me change the phone number that I no longer have in my possession (by sending a one-time code to it) so the lady is nice and she helps me and sends me on my way home. She assures me that by the time I get home, I will be able to log in and update my new banking info (source account to pay credit card) I go home and I when I log on, nothing is changed. I call back and they are acting unaware that I was just there 30 minutes ago. Then we settle that part, that I was in fact there and then they tell me to give it 24hrs for the change to kick in. It's a Friday afternoon, so I don't spend the weekend checking on this. Monday rolls around I check on it and nothing is changed... I can't update my mobile, I can't update my address, my new source bank to make payments or anything. So I called their customer service and it's an off-shore I guess and it was impossible to get a hold of someone who can actually help me fix this. BUT I was able to close the account immediately when I called the CS for the 5th time, so if you can't beat them... close the account, have it go to collections and then settle for half the amount :)
