  Got the greeting when you open the door. They pay attention while talking to you. Will get phone number if the financial advisers are out. Does what they say. Not a long wait to talk to an financial adviser. Karen walked out to lobby called us by name greeted us and walked us to her office there she was very friendly, respectful got information at once but still had conversation while doing her work. Made sure she answered all question. Made sure we knew to come in to see karen if or when needed welling to help with other important aspects. Overall I give mrs. Karen a 11 she done an amazing job very caring helpful best experience I had @ a bank will be keeping and hopefully doing more with Karen majewski thank you for everything.   This bank is rediculous! They sold my friend a cashiers check and let the buyer put only my first name! Totally illegal...then when I go to cash it..im treated like a dog trying to cash a bad check! So..I had to bring buyer to bank with me to get it cashed...and the teller says to me.."see how we protect our customers here"? I said back to her.." I see how you sell illegal cashiers checks to customers and they can't be cashed.! Then this teller says I should open an account with them!!!! Hahahahahhaha! NEVER WOULD I EVER BANK WITH PNC!!!!

  I have been a customer with BBVA Compass since 2001. I HATE PNC! I called to get something notarized and they can't do it. I took everything to Compass under the sun and they notarized it, no questions asked. Obviously, I am loyal and do not like change, but PNC is definitely about to lose a customer, along with my 4 accounts, my spouse's account and my parents' accounts which I am the overseer of.
