      PNC is my favorite bank & it’s for reasons like today that make me a lifelong customer. The ladies at this branch were so helpful with getting my questions answered and my needs taken care of. For some people (who do not use PNC) going to the bank is a dreaded task but for me it’s the total opposite. I love my bank and I LOVE my branch!! Thank you ladies!!

      Pnc bank in powder springs Georgia has caused an emergency that needs to be resolved now. Taking people pay checks and not dispensing cash or giving checks back. Saying there was a bank error and you cant have your money. Some people have kids to feed and cant lose their paycheck because a person made an error. This bank in insane. We cant lose our check because a banker error. We have kids and need the money now.

      Horrible Bank and horrible customer service. I went there to make a deposit. The drive thru teller is closed... Can someone explain why? No. With COVID cases spiking it would be nice if this bank cared about exposure to it. Then I went inside to make the deposit and they can take my cash but not coins.. Coins are cash everywhere else except this branch and they directed me to two different branches at least 20 mins away to deposit the cash. I'm not inconveniencing myself to deposit cash at a different bank, I'm switching to Chase ASAP. PNC is a horrible Bank. I have been with them for 16+ years and they have gone completely downhill. Take your money where it's welcomed.
