  This has been my bank for 18 years, and I am proud to say so. Every time I interact with them - inside or in the drive through - they are helpful and super courteous. Not sure when or how the bad reviews could’ve happened because I’ve never experienced anything remotely similar to their complaints.

  These people should wait to smirk and giggle when someone comes in and wants to open an account and wait judge them until they find out who that person is. Typical illiterate Kentucky personalities.

  This location has the longest wait time of any bank I have ever been to despite typically only having 2-3 customers inside at any given time. All of the employees are friendly, but they are not always helpful and consistent. I am writing this review in reference to attempting to close an account. I visited the branch, and I was told they couldn't help me until all of my pending charges were posted. That was fine, and I was told I could the branch to resolve it once everything was posted. When I called the branch the next day, I waited on hold 10+ minutes, I was told they could not help me over the phone, and I was transferred before I could ask any questions.
