      Great bank not only to work for and with but also to be a customer. I have been a customer of PNC Bank in Hertford for over a year now and I am pleased with all that they offer. From an employee stand point they are a great company to work for. The staff at the Hertford branch is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond for customers and staff.

      VERY disappointing. At a time when they should be the most supportive (a death in the family), they have been extraordinarily incompetent and rude. They made things that should have been simple a huge hassle. My grandmother passed away over a month ago, and we continue to deal with their lack of knowledge and care. If you can change banks, a word of advice: run while you still can. NCSECU, meanwhile, has been extremely kind, helpful, AND provide excellent service!
