      Ms Fowler refused to assist when asked about an account on 3 different occasions at this bank. Ms Swain at a different branch is obstinate and unprofessional and lastly, Truist at several locations have bankers without basic math skills and knowledge of bank products.

      So many issues since banking with them. From undeliverable debit cards to now not being able to get into or register my online banking. Phone customer service was unhelpful and not able to provide my username. They informed me my info was updated but still not able to get into the account. Huge waste of time spent dealing with this.
