      We loved PNC we absolutely had no problems ... And we had to close the accounts bc we moved to WV there needs to be a branch in fayette county WV. We still haven't found a bank as good as PNC.

      Poor customer service and lack of effort. I called to set up an appointment to open new accounts and the representative informed me they would check on who is available. I called a few hours later to ask why no one called me back, the gentleman let me know he was waiting for the afternoon meeting. I waited until the end of the business day and still no call back. They lost my business but it seemed like they don’t want new customers anyway.

      These people have no idea what they are doing, wouldnt let me cash a check and told me if i deposited my check it would be in my account by midnight that night, spoilers it wasnt.
