      Expressed to the teller I was not a happy customer, and wanted to close my account. The teller had poor customer service and was very rude. Teller made no effort to satisfy me as a customer in regards to making my last experience a good one. After experiencing a bad situation with my account, this experience was confirmation that I no longer need to bank with PNC.
