Very disappointed....their Branch manager is very rude and I guess doesn`t feel like working or just didn`t like me!? I went there just to deposit a check and she asked me why I don`t deposit it through my phone? I just said I like to come to the branch instead. After that she asked me for multiple verifications on the accounts (twice), for my debit card, photo ID (and this is just for deposit on a check in a checking account). I gave her my driver`s license she disagreed the address was not the same, I gave her my updated one but she disagreed again, because it had wholes on both sides (I updated my driver`s license just to show proof of address and they gave it to me that way). She told me that they are very precise on things like that and the whole experience just made me feel like I am some kind of criminal I guess...I do like everybody else, but I don`t think their Branch manager have the right to treat people like this especially when I choose to use PNC Bank and enjoy going inside the Branch!

On line it said lobby open to the public. Whe,n I went up to the door an employee came to the 2nd door that went to the lobby she asked what I needed,I told her I was there to make a deposit,She was very nice(this is my brothers bank) she asked if it was possible I go through the drive through I reply yes just needed a deposit slip.The people are very friendly.
