Rude customer service rep. in the Alabaster branch. I wish I caught his name- he is a male of African American decent- ( I am one too) this is not about race here. But people need to be called out on their unprofessionalism and lack of tolerance for their customer needs. Go home if you do not want to serve others with a good attitude. That's what you signed up for. Ps.. I just read the review before mine. Aaah, now I recall his name...its Cameron who served me. He has awful work ethics.I hope his supervisor will see the pattern here.
