      I met 3 kind and helpful ladies, working the weekend from neighboring PNC banks, who were each helpful in so many ways. After the changeover from BBVA, I was so afraid of the change of business but as it turns out, I have been pleasantly surprised. Thank you for helping me get my account set in a way that best serves me, now, for helping me wrangle my daughter and entertain her, and for answering all the questions I had today.       Went there on a Saturday at 10:30ambecause my mortgage went fron BBVA to pnc and I wanted to talk to them about opening a banking account but nobody was there and almost a week later I haven't been able to get anybody on the phone
