      I had the nightmare of having to deal with both Athens branches. First one on hwy 72, they had no one in the branch that was familiar with fixing the situation I was in. My father had a auto loan with PNC and passed away. Was trying to put mother's name on account. I had deathe certificate and full power of attorney. By law once the bank is notified of the death the account is frozen...they did not dothat because they would not get paid. Spoke with a manager Wes Hyde...what a tool, one of those guys you want to slap the smugness out of. Completely worthless. I finally got fed up with these clowns and paid the account off. There's a lot more to the story and none good for PNC. Just a bunch of suits and hot air.

      The phone app doesn't work and I was just there Friday at 4 to try and deposit a check and they were temporarily closed? No reason at all.
