      Not the best experience i’ve had. The teller, Jana was in a bit of a mood and very harsh when speaking to me. She helped me in what I needed but her customer service was absolute trash, she needs to improve.

      Customer service is not the best. I went in for a new card after loosing mine at the time. Was only greeted by the teller. Their consultants didn’t even bother to say a word to me after many minutes of waiting for service. You will not feel welcome here, the one star is for the tellers but do yourself a favor and visit the Somerset downtown branch instead. They make you very welcome there.
