      Just went to the bank today to create a joint account, I brought in my mom and father. My mom had to take a day off work and she did this because last time she went to the bank they TOLD HER they no longer are scheduling appointments. So we go in and we are told we need to schedule an appointment. Great so now my moms availability time is not the best so now we have to wait longer for this account to be set up due to them giving us untrue information.

      Stood around for 5 minutes, while 3 tellers continued talking amongst themselves and blatantly disregarded me !! Did not want to help me... so I wound up going to ATM for service... Shameful !!
