      The most unprofessional experience in my life just speaking to this branch on the phone. Stay away, take the drip downtown to a more established professional branch. And the address is also wrong online. They need a complete makeover here. New staff.

      Please don’t come to this branch- the manager Luis Bangalea is the laziness person in the world. Came here to open an LLC checking; first time I went it was 3:30pm and he told me it’s too late to open a new account (really?) ok fine. Came again at 1:30pm and now I need an appointment for another day because I came during his lunch break. Wow that’s incredible!! If I can give a 0 star I would. Please avoid this brand at all cost! Definitely just lost a potential business client because of people like him!
