Specifically, Nellie, and Lena are outstanding and always willing to go the extra mile. Kudos all around.

      No greeting to start off....... she looks at me with a grin then The teller cuts me off in the middle of my sentence, what do you know, does completely wrong stuff..... i simply call her over and just write it on paper for her to see.... now she comes back with attitude, throwing the cash around, slamming the drawers and so on.......... puts the bundle of loose cash on counter........i had to ask for envelope and bag to carry it....... what bag??? Do you want a garbage bag???? ......... really????? Garbage bag??????? This was coming out of assistant manager's mouth......... Do you not know of small plastic bag for drive thru customers with PNC logo on it???????? what is happening to PNC?????
