      We had an issue with a friend of mine in fixing the issue with her account. We don't live in the area but it's the closest PNC bank to Bloomington where you can actually speak to someone (Only an ATM here.) I would describe the man we interacted with as charming, helpful, and could sell us on the idea of moving to Nashville just because we know how good we feel in banking there. :-D

      Melissa helped with a wire transfer. She is very kind and quickly got this done for us. It is best to make an appointment for they are a smaller staffed branch. Everyone in the branch were very friendly!
