      I have always had exceptional customer service at PNC until today at the Shelbyville, IN branch. I needed a State of Indiana licensing form signed. Other PNC branch notaries have filled out the form in the past for me. However, the notary did not agree with how the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency has the form formatted, so said " I don't know you" and refused to notarize my form. She recommended driving the 45 minutes to other branches who have filled it out before, then have them call her and explain how they do it.
