Most useless location to be called a bank ever!!! Only bank I know that has branches that only does withdrawals and deposits through the ATM.

The business account representative, Connie at the Broward Atlantic location opened a new account for me. She opened the account then had it closed a month later. Every time I called to speak with her or went in, she was conveniently not available. This led me to believe that they only did this to reach a new account quota or something. They disregarded the fact that they were using and wasting my time. Now I have to wait for a check in the mail. I asked several times if this type of account is one that they open for customers with small side work revenues and she assured me that they did. Apparently they do not. I am a teacher as well as a tutor and consultant. The letter that I received had no reason. Only that it was closing. A representative on the phone told me that it was due to inactivity within a 3 week period. Ridiculous. This practice should be illegal. Thankfully, I found a better account at my present bank for the purpose I needed it for. They were not offering it previously but began shortly after this awful incident.
