Everyone at this branch is incompetent, clearly they do not know anything about banking and to a terrible job. Claudia the branch manager, barely speaks english, Phillip, a banker at the branch clearly is not qualified to hold a job at the banking industry, and Robert I believe is not even qualified to hold a job flipping burgers. Terrible experience, terrible everything, no definitive answer to any issue. all excuses.

Fantastic team!! This is my first time with a PNC bank account and can’t see the reason of the other reviews. The last review was about 8 months ago and I asked and they explained to me that the entire team was changed about 6 months ago. Really helpful professionals; they guided me through the process of changing passwords, making deposits and understanding my accounts. I didn’t have to wait at all, not even 2 minutes. Andrew Guz was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended branch!!
