      My wife Sue has had incredibly positive experiences with the entire staff. Josh, most notably. As a small business owner with occasional hurdles, Josh has always helped her successfully navigate with both professional and personal acumen. Highly recommend this branch for excellent customer service and friendly, helpful attitudes.

      PNC is a megabank like USBank or Wells Fargo with poor customer service and high unexpected fees. I set up a HELOC with BBVA and they sold out to PNC. So I'm stuck with the corporate wasteland. Now they are charging new fees not disclosed in the original paperwork. I went in a few minutes before five and they told me I'd have to make an appointment to come another day, gave me incorrect info, and informed me that tellers and bank managers have no ability to refund bogus fees. If you want poor service and hidden fees give them a shot. Josh was fabulous, but he's not there any more.

      Went in to do cashier check and questions of fees around 1pm. The gentleman with glasses working the drive thru was polite and very helpful with everything. Thank you for pleasant experience
