      I can't even begin to say enough about the amazing customer service we have been receiving for the past several years at the Denver BBVA branch on Broadway. Amanda and her co-workers have guided us through a number of personal and business banking issues with patience and professionalism. Without a doubt, Amanda is going above and beyond what is expected by both her clientele and surely what is expected by BBVA.

      Terrible customer service, they obviously hate their jobs if they don’t want to do a withdrawal. This PNC is so slow! I do not like this location,usually the service is very good but this location sucks. The worker that was behind the desk looked like he didn’t want to be there. Poor attitude and the worst customer service. As a bank teller YOU are supposed to be respectful and courteous. Nowadays people are lazy. DONT COME HERE !
