  Used them for the past eight years and have had such professional services. The counter staff were always friendly. The managers Heidi and Greg at my branch were excellent.

  I have been living in this neighborhood for over 40 years. The location of this bank used to be a gas station. During the "modern" depression in early 2000, the gas station was demolished and turned into a bank, which was the Compass Bank. The layout of the construction is one the worst; the design apparently failed and turned out to be a disaster for customers; there are three narrow lanes for mobile banking, so difficult to turn in and get out..the worst of all is the poor quality of customer service then, rude and inefficient. Then, the bank is changed from Compass Bank to BBVA Bank, and then, another change over to become PNC Bank now. I don't have any account with PNC, but with their competitor across the street, Wells Fargo. However, I have a credit card with PNC, and there was a balance I decided to pay it off via drive through today. There were only two customers, including me; but the service was extremely slow, and the representative, Amanda, who was rude and inefficient with obnoxious altitude. It seems that the poor service tradition has passed on...

  Worst experience ever sat at the lobby to get helped and only got ignored the workers to busy discussing the weddings and life and the tellers just simply ignored me
