      I unfortunately have a vehicle financed through this bank, during the last 6 months we have had some financial setbacks, this Bank sends you texts and emails about helping you, you call and they tell you that it could be 60 to 90 minutes before your call is answered, so no help no understanding, no return phone calls, I will do without a vehicle before I finance anything with this bank

      Worst ever. I was randomly locked out of my account. Called customer service to unlock it. Was told they can't only send what I need to unlock via the mail or by visiting a location which is 2 hours away.
