  I have used Catherine on at least 4 loans and every time she is awesome. From conventional, to jumbo, to refinancing, I would highly recommend her services.

  We had a home mortgage with several components we knew were going to make it a challenge. We were referred to Catherine by a friend who had used her several times and told us she was great at coming up with and offering options to get the job done in the least complicated way. Without Catherine's experience and recommendations I don't believe we'd have been able to pull all the pieces together and make everything work. To complicate things more, we were buying from a "For Sale By Owner" home, and Catherine was knowledgeable about the process and able to help walk us through and point us in the right direction when we weren't sure who was responsible for what. She was always there when we needed her or had questions, kept us updated, and even came to the closing, which I've never had a mortgage officer do. I can't say enough about Catherine's ability to get things done, even with a complicated mortgage like we had. Thank you Catherine!
