      Extremely rude customer associate. The girl with auburn hair and glasses at front desk had a big attitude. And always does every time. All the other workers are great but gosh what a personality.

      What a fall from grace this branch has taken. What kind of manager has a revolving door of employees? Every time I go to this branch there's someone new backed by the same pushy manager (I think his name is Marty? Martin?) who can't be bothered to take no for an answer or train his employees properly. I am sick of this branch and if it was not conveniently located I would have nothing to do with it at all. What disgusting sales tactics they allow this manager to get away with. What a shame. To top it all off, they do not social distance and the manager is NEVER wearing his mask. Better off switching to the Chase!!!

      I wish I could give ZERO stars. The bank manager wouldn't let my mom access her own money because he claimed she didn't look like her ID. She had a license, passport and credit cards with her, all the same name. Bank manager should be fired!!!!!
