  Staff is always friendly and helpful. A few times I have gone and there was a line and a bit of a wait, not too long. The the manager apologized, thanked everyone for our patience and then asked how everyone was doing, made friendly conversation, and joked with us and had everyone laughing. Once at the counter, the tellers are friendly and quick. I enjoy banking here.

  $10 for a cashiers check? Most banks allow 1+ free. Don't you make enough money off the thousands I already have deposited in your bank?

  Had lost my debit card, called in to get it replaced. I asked if I can come in 5 days later in person since I live in Philly and the mail would take longer. She dissuaded me by saying why would I come in if it would reach me by the time I came home. It didnt. Called the weekend after with nothing in my mail that was supposed to be here by Friday according to the person over the phone. Same person, different story. Tells me I cant track it, cant garentee a delivery date. Dishonest to tell people wrong information and then to tell them a different information when they were wrong. Not sure if they just didnt want customers in their branch? Dishonest, disrespectful and had to incur a 100$ late fee because of lack of professionalism and honesty in the work place. Should not have to be lied to when I couldve had my card and be in good standing with my landlord. Thanks PNC montgomery branch
